Returns & Refunds
Leo & Lennon is highly concerned by its customers’ satisfaction. Therefore, we strive to handle your claims as flexibly and rapidly as possible.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All returned items have to be unworn and in the condition received, with all original tags attached.
For hygienic reasons, lingerie/underwear articles cannot be returned. Returned items without hygienic protection cannot be refunded.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@leoandlennon.com. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us and any return postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased with a discount code. sale items or gift cards.
Non-Returnable Items:
-All Baskets, undergarments and vintage items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased with a discount code of 40% or more. sale items or gift cards.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is not in the condition you expected to receive it in, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
